摘要
目的观察优质护理方法在急诊患者救治中的应用效果。方法将2017年1月至2020年1月我院急诊科收治的66例患者作为研究对象,根据患者入院后接受急诊处置的时间进行分组,先入院的33例患者实施常规护理设为对照组,后入院的33例患者实施优质护理设为试验组。比较两组护理质量评分、急诊相关指标、护理满意度评分及护患纠纷率。结果试验组患者各项护理质量评分、完成心电图检查时间、急诊停留时间、分诊评估时间及转运时间、护理满意度评分、护患纠纷率均优对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊救治过程中,实施优质护理可明显的提升护理工作的质量,缩短患者急救时间,为黄金抢救时间提供保障,进而获得较高的护理满意度,明显降低护患纠纷。
Objective To observe the effect analysis of the implementation of high-quality nursing methods in the treatment of emergency patients.Methods From January 2017 to January 2020,66 emergency patients admitted to the department of emergency of our hospital included in the study.The patients are eff ectively grouped according to the time of admission to the emergency department.The 33 patients who were fi rst admitted to the hospital were set up as the control group with conventional nursing methods,and the other 33 patients who were admitted later were set up as the experimental group with high-quality nursing methods.Comparing the two groups of nursing quality scores,the relevant indicators of patients receiving emergency department and the satisfaction scores of patients with nursing and the dispute rate.Results The various nursing quality scores,the time to complete the ECG examination,the emergency stay time,the triage evaluation time and the transfer time,the nursing satisfaction score,and the nurse-patient dispute rate of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the emergency treatment process,the implementation of high-quality nursing care can signifi cantly improve the quality of nursing work,shorten the patient's fi rst aid time,and provide guarantee for the golden rescue time,thereby obtaining higher nursing satisfaction and signifi cantly reducing nurse-patient disputes.
