摘要
紫外光(UV)固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA)涂料反应活性高、固化速度快,挥发性有机物(VOC)排放量低,其固化膜具备良好的附着力、柔韧性、耐磨性、耐药品性以及耐候性,因此是高性能节能环保涂料的理想选择。本文先从原理、路线和方法3个方面介绍了传统PUA的合成,并比较了各合成路线与合成方法的优缺点,然后介绍了3种新型PUA:水性PUA、超支化PUA和生物基PUA的合成原理及其优缺点;综述了3种改性PUA:有机氟改性PUA、有机硅改性PUA及纳米粒子改性PUA的改性原理及其研究进展;最后结合发展现状展望了PUA涂料的发展趋势。
UV curing polyurethane acrylate (PUA) coatings provides high reactivity,fast curing,and low volatile organic compound (VOC) emission.Curing films of PUA coatings shows excellent adhesion,flexibility,abrasion resistance,chemical resistance and weather resistance.Therefore PUA coatings are the ideal coatings for high performance,energy saving and environmental protection.This paper described the synthesis of traditional PUA from three aspects:principle,routes and methods,and compared the advantages and disadvantages of each synthetic route and synthesis method.Then illustrated the synthesis principle,advantages and disadvantages of three new PUA systems:waterborne PUA,hyperbranched PUA and bio-based PUA.And reviewed three modified PUA systems in terms of modification principles and research progress:organic fluorine modified PUA,silicone modified PUA and nanoparticle modified PUA.Finally,the development trend of PUA coatings was prospected in light of the current status.
