摘要
采用"准一步法",以二乙醇胺和丁二酸酐为原料合成出了超支化聚合物。将其在对甲苯磺酸催化剂作用下,运用不同的带水剂进行缩聚反应生成端基为羟基的超支化聚酰胺。为了改善端基性能,对超支化聚酰胺进行端基改性。实验结果表明:第1步反应时间为1h,以甲苯为带水剂时,第2步缩合脱水为10h,第3步封端脱水为10h。用FTIR分析了合成产物为预计的超支化聚酰胺和聚(酰胺-酯)。不同封端剂对产物收率、产物溶解性、产物颜色等无太大影响,但对产物的黏度影响较大,封端后的产物具有较低的黏度。并通过热重分析了所得超支化聚合物的热稳定性。
In This paper,branched polymer from diethanolamine and succinic anhydride was synthesized using 'pseudo one-pot procedure'.Under catalyst toluene-p-sulfonic acid using different water-taking agents,Hyperbranched polyamides which have numerous hydroxyls was made by polycondensation. In order to improve end groups properties,hyperbranched polyamides end groups were changed.The results showed that it took 1 h in the first step,using toluene as water-taking agent,10 h in the second step and 10 h in the third step.Synthetic products were analyzed to be the expected hyperbranched polyamides and poly(amide-esters) by FTIR.There were not too much effects of the capping agents on the yield,dissolution and color.But too much effects of the capping agents on product viscosity,Capped products possesed with low viscosities.At the same time,thermal stability of hyperbranched polymers was analysed by TGA.
