摘要
采用以AIBN为引发剂,巯基乙醇为链转移剂合成聚丙烯酸酯型阳离子光固化涂料,研究了树脂合成中甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯单体的用量对对涂膜附着力、铅笔硬度、柔韧性、耐冲击性的影响,考察了紫外光照时间以及树脂中环氧基含量对涂膜凝胶率的影响.红外光谱分析表明:在紫外光光固化期间,涂膜发生了环氧基的开环聚合反应.
Using AIBN as initiator, mercaptoethanol as chain transfer agent, the polyacrylate-cation light-cured coating was synthesized. The influence of different dosage of glycidylmethacrylate monomer in the resin on adhesion, pencil hardness, flexibility, impact resistance and the influence of different UV time and epoxy content in resin on the coating gel rate were studied. And IR analysis was shown that the rang open polymerization of epoxy group in the resin took place during UV light-curing reaction.
