环氧化镍系顺丁橡胶的结构与性能

摘要 对环氧化顺丁橡胶(EBR)的结构及性能进行了初步表征与测定,结果表明:环氧化改性后,聚合物中的环氧基的IR特征峰在810~813cm- 1 ,重均分子量(Mw)和数均分子量(Mn)都有所增加,分子量分布不变。随着环氧化程度的增大,橡胶玻璃化转变温度升高。顺丁胶(BR)环氧化改性后耐油性、气密性明显提高,且随环氧值的增加而增加。环氧基含量为2 8%的EBR ,其耐油性与丙烯腈含量2 8%的丁腈橡胶(NBR)相近,气密性与丁基橡胶(IIR)相近;环氧基含量为3 2 %左右的EBR 。 Preliminary characterization and determination were carried out to the structure and properties of the expoxidized butadiene rubber(EBR).The results show that:After epoxidized,the characterization peak IR of the expoxy group in the polymer was 810~830cm~ -1 ,Mw and Mn were slightly increased and the molecular distribution kept constant.The glass transition temperature increased with the increase of epoxidization degree.After it epoxidized,the oil resistance and air impermeability were obviously enhanced and increased with the increase of epoxy value.The EBR with a epoxy group content of 28% has its oil resistance similar to that of NBR with an acrylonitrile content of 28%,and its air impermeability similar to that of IIR;and EBR with about 32% of epoxy group,is similar to NBR with 49% of acrylonitrile in oil resistance.
