摘要
用自制水性聚氨酯预聚体、甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(DFMA)、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯及光引发剂Darocur 1173合成了一系列可紫外光固化水性聚氨酯乳液及固化膜(UV-WFPUA)。分别用红外光谱仪、扫描电镜、热重分析仪和X射线衍射仪表征了固化膜的结构、形貌、热稳定性和结晶程度,并考察了DFMA含量对其性能的影响。加入DFMA显著增强了纯聚氨酯膜的耐水性和热稳定性。当DFMA含量为15%时,所制固化膜表面平整,只含聚氨酯特征衍射峰,综合性能最好:邵氏硬度91.5 HA,拉伸强度3.19 MPa,断裂伸长率15.34%,附着力2级,吸水率2.75%,凝胶率93.84%,水接触角76.26°,表面自由能39.25 mJ/m^2。
A series of UV-curable waterborne polyurethane-acrylate emulsion and their films (UV-WFPUA) were synthesized from waterborne polyurethane oligomer, dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate (DFMA), and tripropylene glycol diacrylate with Darocur 1173 photoinitiator. The structure, morphology, thermal stability and crystallization of the cured films were characterized by infrared spectrometer, scanning electron microscope, thermogravimetric analyzer and X-ray diffractometer, respectively. The effect of DFMA content on properties of cured film was studied. The addition of DFMA remarkably improves the water resistance and thermal stability of the pure polyurethane film. The cured film containing 15% DFMA has a smooth surface, only diffraction peak of polyurethane and best comprehensive performance as shown by the following measured results: Shore scleroscope hardness 91.5 HA, tensile strength 3.19 MPa, elongation at break 15.34%, adhesion strength 2 grade, water absorption rate 2.75%, gel rate 93.84%, water contact angle 76.26~, and surface free energy 39.25 mJ/m2.
