摘要
高校学生管理是实现人才培养目标、保证人才培养质量的关键所在。外部环境的变化以及新生代学生群体的特点,导致当前的学生管理模式已经不能够适应大众化教育的现实。高校专业教师全程参与学生管理,能以专业知识和人格魅力引导学生,补充学生辅导员数量和质量的不足,有效实现教学系统与学生系统的动态融合。鉴于不同高校实际情况的差异,推进专业教师参与学生管理模式,需要注重"以学生为中心"的管理理念、主管领导的参与、部门关系协调以及职能部门配合等实施要点。
The value of university lies in cultivating high-quality talents for the society. The management of university students is the key to realize the goal of talent training and ensure the quality of talent training.Changes in the external environment and the characteristics of the new generation student groups leads to the lack of current student managements modes failing to meet the needs of mass education. The article analyzes the characteristics,existing problems of current university student management,emphasizes the value of professional teachers in student management,and constructs a model that professional teachers participate in the student management. In view of the differences in the actual situation of different universities,in order to promote professional teachers’ participation in the student management model,it is necessary to pay attention to the management philosophy of"student-centered",the participation of supervisors,the coordination of departmental relations,and the coordination of functional departments.
