本文从思想政治教育、学生班级建设、学生实践活动的开展、事物处理和学生行为的规范化管理等五个方面,具体阐述了高校辅导员肩负着的培养社会主义事业建设者和接班人的职责。辅导员需要从提高思想政治素质、专业知识素质、能力素质和身心素质等四个方面来提高自己的职业素质。
This paper describes the responsibilities of full-time college counselor from the ideological and political education,students class construction,students＇ practical activities,dealing with daily business,and standardized management of students＇ behavior.College counselor should raise their professional quality from improving ideological and political quality,professional knowledge quality,ability quality and physical quality and so on.
