摘要
针对毕业生就业难问题,提出专业教师应全程参与学生的职业生涯规划、指导专业训练和就业工作的设想。推出了一种适用于高职院校的专业教师全程参与学生就业的人才培养模式——"岗位模拟工作室",并结合实践进行了研究,取得了一定的成效。岗位模拟工作室不仅锻炼了学生的职业能力,同时也提高了专业教师的双师素质。
This article points out the idea that professional teachers should fully participate into career planning, professional training and employment guidance to cope with the issue of employment for graduates. It provides a human resource development method named ＂Job simulation studio＂ which is suitable to professional teachers from vocational and technical colleges participate into employment guidance for graduates, and conduct a study in light of practice, has achieved some results. Job simulation studio is not only the professional competence of students, but also improve the professional quality of teachers in the two-division.
