摘要
中国高等教育的连年扩招,正逐步实现由精英教育向大众教育的过渡。本文通过对高等教育性质和国家与个体双重受益者的分析,提出了高等教育政府供给的必要性及高等教育市场供给的可能性。
There is a change from elite education to popular education in Chinese higher learning education after successive recruit-expansion.This paper analyzes the character of higher learning education and both benefit of country and individuals,and puts forward the necessity of government supply and the feasibility of market supply for higher education.
