摘要
介绍了德国"双元制"培养模式的特点,分析了德国"双元制"培养模式对我国高职人才培养模式的启示,论述了基于德国"双元制"培养模式的产教融合研究方向,以期全面提升职业院校的教学质量。
This paper introduces the characteristics of German "dual system" training mode.This paper analyses the enlightenment of the German "dual system" training mode on the training mode in China.It discusses the research direction of integration of industry and education based on German "dual system" training mode and it hopes to strengthen their own practical and professional abilities,and comprehensively improve their positions.
