摘要
校企深度合作是职业教育集团化办学的关键环节,是培养职业技能应用型人才的重要途径。结合国内外职教集团校企深度合作方面的理论与实例研究现状,分析目前我国职业教育集团校企深度合作中存在的问题,并在此基础上对校企合作的机制进行深化和拓展,提出校企深度合作在职业教育集团化办学背景下的运行模式与动力保障。
The deep cooperation between schools and enterprises is the key link of vocational education collectivization school running, and an important way to cultivate vocational skills applied talents. Combined with theory and case study on deep cooperation between colleges and enterprises at home and abroad, it analyzes problems in the deep cooperation of schools and enterprises in China, expands and deepens the cooperation mechanism, and puts forward operational pattern and power guarantee of college-enterprise cooperation under the background of vocational education collectivization school running.
