摘要
职业教育集团化办学是一种综合性、系统性的办学模式变革,能有效汇聚集团内外各种资源并加以整合优化、科学运用。本文以广州工业交通职业教育集团为例,探索集团化办学的推进策略,总结广州工业交通职业教育集团成立以来的实践成效,并对集团化办学的进一步发展提出了参考性建议及展望。
The group running of vocational education is a comprehensive and systematic reform of the mode of running a school,which can effectively gather all kinds of resources inside and outside the group and integrate,optimize and apply them scientifically.This paper takes Guangzhou Industrial Communications Vocational Education Group as an example,probing into the promotion strategy of group running school,summarizing the practical effect of Guangzhou Industrial Communications Vocational Education Group since its establishment,and putting forward some suggestions and prospects for the further development of collectivized schools.
