摘要
目的了解重庆市在职护士的培训负荷,为制定科学的护理培训方案提供依据。方法使用分层随机抽样法抽取重庆市17所二级及以上医院共1165名护士,采用自行设计的《临床护士培训负荷调查量表》对其进行问卷调查。结果重庆市在职护士培训总负荷均值达3.709,其中形式负荷、内容负荷、时间/频次负荷、身心负荷各维度的负荷均值分别为2.635、4.010、3.753和3.331。三级医院护士在培训形式上感受到的负荷高于二级医院护士,二级医院护士感受到的身心负荷高于三级医院的护士,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。不同年龄、工龄、职称和学历的护士感受到的身心负荷差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论重庆市护士在职培训总负荷、身心负荷和时间/频次负荷均处于中等偏上水平,但其内容负荷已达重度水平,提示管理者应进一步思考培训内容设置的合理性和科学性。
Objective To understand the training load of on-the-job nurses in Chongqing,and to provide evidence for scientific nursing training programs.Methods The self-designed Clinical Nurse Training Load Survey Questionnaire was used to survey the total of 1165 nurses from 17 secondary and above hospitals by stratified and random sampling methods.Results The total average training load on-the-job nurses in Chongqing was 3.709.The average loads of four dimensions- model load,content load,time/frequency load,and physical and psychological load were 2.635,4.010,3.753 and 3.331,respectively.Nurses in tertiary hospitals felt a higher training load than nurses in secondary hospitals,and nurses in secondary hospitals felt higher physical and mental load than nurses in tertiary hospitals,the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.001).Nurses of different ages,working years,professional titles and educational background experienced significant differences in physical and mental load ( P <0.01).Conclusions The total training load,physical and psychological load,time/frequency load of on-the-job training nurses in Chongqing are at the average levels,but the content load has reached a heavy load level.Therefore,there is a suggestion that nursing leaders should further consider the rationality and scientificity of the training contents.
