摘要
目的探究中药溃疡油防治头颈部肿瘤放疗后皮肤损伤的护理效果。方法选取于2018年1月—2019年1月收治的头颈部肿瘤患者112例,随机均分为对照组和观察组。放疗后,对照组患者实行常规护理,而观察组在常规护理的基础上使用中药溃疡油进行护理,对比2组患者的皮肤损伤情况和护理满意度。结果护理结束后,观察组和对照组皮肤损伤率分别为8.93%和89.29%,P<0.05,组间数据差异具有统计学意义;观察组和对照组护理满意度分别为100%和78.57%,P<0.05,2组数据差异具有统计学意义。结论对头颈部肿瘤患者放疗后使用中药溃疡油进行护理,能够有效预防皮肤损伤的发生。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of ulcer oil of traditional Chinese medicine on skin injury after radiotherapy of head and neck tumors. Methods 112 patients with head and neck tumors admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group. After radiotherapy, patients in the control group were given routine nursing, while patients in the observation group were given traditional Chinese medicine ulcer oil on the basis of routine nursing. Skin damage and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After the nursing care, the skin injury rates of the observation group and the control group were 8.93% and 89.28%, respectively, P < 0.05. There were significant differences in data between the two groups. The nursing satisfaction rates of the observation group and the control group were 100% and 78.57%, respectively P < 0.05, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion Nursing patients with head and neck cancer after radiotherapy with Chinese medicine ulcer oil can effectively prevent skin damage.
