连柏液防治放射性皮肤损伤的临床分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的:观察连柏液在预防和治疗急性放射性皮肤损伤中的作用.方法:2000-05/2005-12治疗的126例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为2个组,75例在第1次放射治疗后给予连柏液外涂为预防组,51例只做常规放射治疗宣教和健康教育为对照1组.将同期出现3级急性放射性皮肤损伤的92例患者随机分成治疗组54例,对照2组常规治疗38例.根据NCI制定的CTC.V2.0急性放射性皮肤损伤的分级标准进行临床评价.结果:皮肤反应发生率预防组和对照1组分别为32.0%,92.2%,差异有统计学意义(u=6.769,P<0.01).轻度放射反应(1+2级)预防组为28.0%(21/75),对照1组为70.6%(36/51),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=22.226,P<0.01).3级急性放射性皮肤损伤患者治疗组和对照2组的有效率分别为92.6%(50/54)和65.9%(25/38),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.018,P=0.024).治疗组创面愈合时间(11.07±2.21)d;对照2组愈合时间(18.08±1.76)d,二者差异有统计学意义(u=16.932,P<0.01).结论:连柏液能有效地预防放射性皮炎的发生,治疗3级急性放射性皮肤损伤疗效明显.连柏液疗效安全可靠,经济,使用方便,对患者能减轻痛苦、提高生活质量、保证放射治疗的顺利进行. AIM: To observe the clinical effect of lianbai liquid in the prevention and treatment of irradiation-induced acute dermal injury. METHODS: The carcinoma patients(n = 126) who had to accept radiotherapy from May, 2000 to December, 2005, were randomized into 2 groups : prevention group ( n = 75 ) was given lianbai liquid since the 1st radiotherapy session , and control group 1 ( n = 51 ) was given only general and health education program without lianbai liquid application. Other 92 cases of 3- grade radiation-induced dermatitis were randomly divided into 2 groups (n = 54 in treatment group, n = 38 in control group 2). The evaluation of radiation-induced acute dermatitis was done according to CTC. V2. 0 proposed by NCI. RESULTS: Skin reaction rate and grade in the prevention group( 32.0% ) was obviously lower than that of the control group 1 (92. 2% ) ( u = 6. 769, P 〈 0.01). The mild radiation reaction(1 ±2 grade)rate in the prevention group(28.0% ) was obviously lower than that of the control group 1 (70.6%), with significant difference between the 2 groups (Х^2 = 22. 226, P 〈 0. 01 ). The effective rate of 3 grade acute radiation-induced dermatitis in treatment group was 92.6% (50/54) ,better than that in control group 2 (65.9%, 25/38) (Х^2= 6. 018, P = 0. 024). The healing time of 3 grade radiationinduced dermatitis was (11.07 ±2.21)d in the treatment groups and was obviously shorter than that of the control group 2 ( 18.08 ± 1.76) d ( u = 16.932, P 〈 0. 01 ). CONCLUSION: Lianbai liquid can effectively prevent irradiation-induced acute dermal injury and treat the 3 grade radiation-induced acute skin injury. The application of lianbai liquid is safe, economic and convenient. It can alleviate the patients' suffering and improve their quality of life.
