摘要
目的观察紫草油配合热疗对急性放射性皮肤损伤的作用。方法恶性肿瘤患者140例接受不同部位常规分割放射治疗，随机分为两组，两组照射剂量均在50～70Gy，均在出现急性放射性皮肤损伤Ⅰ级时开始治疗。治疗组76例，开始单用紫草油涂抹野内皮肤，每天于放疗后涂2～3次，随着剂量的增加，其中16例出现Ⅱ～Ⅲ级反应，配合热疗，隔日1次，每次30～40分钟，总热疗5～8次。对照组64例，用地塞米松针剂＋维生素B12针剂湿敷野内皮肤，每天2～4次，直到放疗结束。其中24例出现Ⅱ～Ⅲ级反应。结果皮肤损伤分级Ⅱ～Ⅲ级治疗组占21％，对照组占37％（“P〈0．05”）。治愈时间，治疗组平均天数在放疗结束后（14．47±2.98）天后痊愈，对照组平均天数在（23.68±4.26）天痊愈（“P〈0.01”）。结论紫草油配合热疗可降低急性放射性皮肤损伤的毒性分级，皮肤损伤冶愈时间缩短，有助于完成放疗全程。
Objective To observe the function of gromwell root oil combined with hyperthermia treatment for preventing and curing skin harm from radiotherapy. Methods From 140 malignant tumor patients, received traditional radiotherapy dose separation of different histological position, were divided into two random groups. The total radiation treatment dose of the two groups arrived 50-70Gy,and the treatment began as soon as I degree skin injured appearance. 76 patients belonged to Treatment group, merely painted their skin of radiotherapy fields with gromwell oil two or three times everyday after radiation treatment at early period, with the accumulative dose increasing, 16 patients＇ Ⅱ-Ⅲ degrees skin harm emerged, and then, besides the painting of gromwell oil, meanwhile they also received hyperthermia treatment 1 times every two days ,30-40 minutes one time,5-8 times for total. 64 patients included in Comparison group, applied their skin of radiotherapy fields with dexamethasone injection added vitamin B 12 injection, 2-4 times everyday, until to the termination of radiation treatment. In this group ,24 patients＇ Ⅱ-Ⅲ degrees skin harm was observed. Results According to the appearance rate of Ⅱ-Ⅲ degrees skin harm ,the Treatment group and the Comparison group occupied 21% and 37% respectively （P〈0.01）. Recover time ,the average recover days between the Treatment group and the Comparison group were （14.47±2.98） and （23.68±4.26）（P〈0.01） respectively. Conclusion Gromwell Root oil combined with hyperthermia treatment would cut down the acute harm degrees of skin with the radiation treatment, decrease the time of recovery of skin, and were helpful for completing the whole radiation treatment.
