摘要
目的 探讨中药补气化痰方联合调强放化疗治疗中晚期肺癌的疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法 收集2019年1月~2021年1月不宜手术或不愿手术的中晚期肺癌患者68例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规图像引导适形调强放疗;观察组在常规放疗基础上加服补气化痰方,比较两组的治疗情况、副作用发生情况及生存质量评分。结果 治疗后观察组有效率(70.58%)明显高于对照组(47.06%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组放射性肺损伤发生率(20.59%)、骨髓抑制情况(58.82%)均低于低于对照组(44.12%、85.29%),差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组生存质量提高率(55.88%)明显高于对照组(35.29%)(P<0.05)。结论 中药补气化痰方联合调强放化疗治疗中晚期肺癌效果显著,有助于减轻放疗不良反应,并能提高患者生存质量,值得进一步研究推广。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Buqi Huatan prescription combined with intensity-modulated radiation therapy(IMRT) and chemotherapy for medium and advanced lung cancer and its effect on the survival quality of patients. Methods A total of 68 patients with medium and advanced lung cancer who were not suitable for operation or unwilling to undergo operation from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was given routine image-guided conformal intensity-modulated radiation therapy. The observation group took Buqi Huatan prescription on the basis of routine radiotherapy. The treatment conditions, side effects and survival quality scores of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After treatment, the effective rate of the observation group(70.58%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(47.06%), with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The incidences of radiation-induced lung injury(20.59%) and bone marrow suppression(58.82%) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(44.12% and85.29%), with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05). The improvement rate of survival quality in the observation group(55.88%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(35.29%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Buqi Huatan prescription combined with IMRT and chemotherapy is effective in the treatment of medium and advanced lung cancer,which is helpful to reduce the side effects of radiotherapy and improve the survival quality of patients. It is worthy of further research and promotion.
