摘要
目的通过对肠息肉患者实施不同的护理方案,观察其临床效果,探究不同护理方案的临床应用特点。方法从来该院诊治的2017年6月—2018年12月的结直肠息肉手术治疗的患者中随机抽取178例,采用随机数字法随机分为对照组89例:实施常规护理,观察组89例:实施常规护理+循证护理,观察两组患者护理满意度、手术成功率、术后并发症发生率、依从性情况。结果观察组护理满意度为97.75%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.034,P<0.05),手术成功率为98.88%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.405,P<0.05),术后并发症发生率为1.12%,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.083,P<0.05);观察组依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.034,P<0.05)。结论循证护理可以有效提高肠息肉患者的满意度、手术成功率和依从性,降低术后并发症的发生,是一项值得临床推广应用的护理方案。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of different nursing programs by implementing different nursing programs for patients with intestinal polyps, and to explore the clinical application characteristics of different nursing programs. Methods A total of 178 patients who underwent surgery for colorectal polyps from June 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital were randomly selected and randomly divided into control group (n=89): routine nursing, 89 cases in the observation group: the routine nursing + evidence-based nursing was implemented, and the nursing satisfaction, surgical success rate, postoperative complication rate and compliance of the two groups were observed. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.75% higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2 =7.034, P<0.05). The success rate of operation was 98.88%, which was higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2 =6.405, P<0.05). The postoperative complication rate was 1.12% was lower than the control group and the difference was statistically significant (χ^2 =5.083, P<0.05);the compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant (χ^2 =7.034, P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can effectively improve the satisfaction, surgical success rate and compliance of patients with intestinal polyps, and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications. It is a nursing program worthy of clinical application.
