摘要
目的研究急诊小儿手足口病中重症早期预警护理策略的应用效果。方法随机抽取130例急诊小儿手足口病患儿,采用随机综合序贯法分为参照组和试验组,各65例。参照组采用常规护理,试验组给予重症早期预警护理干预。护理2个月后观察患儿皮疹消失时间、高热消失时间、住院时间、溃疡愈合时间及护理过程中并发症发生率,并采用焦虑评分及舒适度评分变化,后采用统计学软件SPSS21.0对组间数据进行对比分析。结果试验组皮疹消失时间、高热消失时间、住院时间、溃疡愈合时间与参照组相比要短,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组并发症发生率1.54%,参照组并发症发生率15.38%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组焦虑评分与参照组相比要低,舒适度评分与参照组相比要高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论急诊小儿手足口病中重症早期预警护理策略的应用效果显著,能够缩短康复时间,降低并发症发生风险的同时,确保预后效果,具有较高临床推广价值。
Objective To study the application effect of early warning nursing strategies for children with hand,foot and mouth disease in emergency department. Methods One hundred and thirty children with hand,foot and mouth disease in emergency department were randomly selected and divided into reference group and experimental group by randomized sequential method,65 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given severe early warning nursing intervention.After 2 months of nursing,the time of disappearance of rash,the time of disappearance of high fever,the length of hospital stay,the time of ulcer healing and the incidence of complications during nursing of two groups were observed.The anxiety score and comfort score were used,and the statistical software SPSS21.0 was used.The data between groups was compared and analyzed. Results The time of disappearance of rash,the time of disappearance of high fever,the length of hospital stay,the time of ulcer healing in the experimental group were shorter than those in the reference group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 1.54%,and the incidence of complications in the reference group was 15.38%,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).The anxiety score of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group,and the comfort score was higher than that of the reference group,which was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Application of early warning nursing strategies for children with hand,foot and mouth disease in emergency department is significant,which can shorten the recovery time,reduce the risk of complications,and ensure the prognosis.It has high clinical promotion value.
