摘要
目的研究精细化优质护理在小儿手足口病中的临床应用效果。方法将2019年7月至2020年7月我院收治的72例手足口病患儿分为观察组和对照组,每组36例,两组患儿入院后均予以常规对症治疗,观察组行精细化优质护理干预,对照组行常规护理干预,比较两组患儿的护理效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.22%(35/36),对照组为55.56%(20/36),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率为2.78%(1/36),对照组为27.78%(10/36),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿经过治疗后的临床退热时间、手足疱疹消失时间、口腔疱疹消失时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对手足口病患儿,在常规治疗的基础上通过精细化优质护理方法进行干预,能够有效提升总体的治疗效率,对于促进患儿病症的恢复发挥了重要的作用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of refined high-quality nursing on children with hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods The children from July 2019 to July 2020 were divided into the observation group and the control group,36 cases in each group.After admission,the two groups of children were given routine symptomatic treatment.The observation group received refined high-quality nursing intervention,and the control group received conventional nursing intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.22%(35/36),and the control group was 55.56%(20/36),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.78%(1/36),the control group was 27.78%(10/36),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the clinical antipyretic time,hand and foot herpes disappearance time,oral herpes disappearance time,and hospitalization time in the observation group after treatment were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with hand,foot and mouth disease,interventions based on conventional treatment through refined high-quality nursing methods can effectively improve the overall treatment efficiency and play an important role in promoting the recovery of the children's illness.
