摘要
目的探讨预警性护理干预对胃癌根治术患者术后恢复情况、生活质量及并发症的影响。方法选取2016年11月至2018年7月我院肿瘤科收治的93例胃癌患者为研究对象,随机将患者分为对照组45例和研究组48例,对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采取预警性护理干预,比较两组患者术后胃肠功能恢复情况、术后并发症发生率及生活质量。结果预警护理干预后,研究组患者术后胃肠功能恢复时间短于对照组(P <0. 05);干预后两组患者生活质量均得到明显提升,但研究组患者各项评分显著高于对照组(P <0. 05);研究组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论胃癌根治术患者采用预警性护理干预,有利于预防不良事件发生,提高生活质量,降低术后并发症的发生,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of early warning nursing intervention on postoperative recovery, quality of life and complications in patients undergoing radical gastrectomy. Methods To select 93 cases of patients with gastric cancer who were admitted to the department of oncology in our hospital from November 2016 to July 2018 as the study subjects. These patients were randomly divided into the control group with 45 cases and the study group with 48 cases. The control group was treated by routine nursing, while the study group was given warning nursing intervention on the basis of control group. The postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery, complication rate and quality of life of the patients in the two groups were compared. Results After the early warning nursing intervention, the recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). The quality of life of the two groups was significantly improved after the intervention, but the scores of the study group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Early warning nursing intervention for patients with radical gastrectomy is beneficial to prevent adverse events. In addition, it can improve quality of life and reduce postoperative complications among patients.Therefore, it has clinical application value.
