摘要
随着我国在全球价值链中地位的提升和制造业的转型升级,生产性服务贸易已成为国际贸易的重要支柱。在我国经济已进入创新驱动的新阶段和稳步增长的新常态下,生产性服务贸易的国际竞争力却仍处于劣势,存在贸易结构不合理、逆差逐步扩大、行业发展不均衡、产业融合度低等问题。在国际分工不断深化和全球价值链重构的背景下,本文通过对我国生产性服务贸易发展现状的阐述以及对生产性服务贸易IMS、RCA、TC、MI指数的分析,基于中国、美国、印度三国的比较得出我国生产性服务贸易国际竞争力水平,最后提出我国生产性服务贸易健康、可持续发展的合理化对策。
With the improvement of China’s status in the global value chain and the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry, productive service trade has become an important pillar of international trade.Under the new stage of China’s economy and the new normalization of steady growth, the international competitiveness of producer service trade is still at a disadvantage, such as irrational trade structure and low industrial integration.Under the background of the deepening of international division of labor and the reconstruction of global value chain, this paper concludes.The international competitiveness level of trade by the analysis of the status quo of China’s producer service trade development and the analysis of some indexes of productive service trade. and finally put forward the rationalization countermeasures for the healthy and sustainable development of China’s productive service trade.
