摘要
库藏裂变指同一来源的几个功能单位经过演变分化在母语人心理上被识别为不同且无关的要素,而不再是同一要素的不同变体(其反向变化则为库藏聚变)。以往研究多功能形式的理论,如语法化、语义地图、隐喻转喻学说等,对相关单位在语言心理中是否为同一单位的问题关注不够。本文主要讨论库藏裂变在语言理论包括语言库藏类型学中的学术意义,并从汉语音系和韵律、语素和词库、虚词和句式等不同层面分析库藏裂变现象。
‘Inventory fission’ refers to a kind of language change in which several elements from the same origin become separate and unrelated in native speakers’ linguistic intuition,and are no longer regarded as variants of one element in inventory.Schools of linguistics regarding multi-functional phenomena,including grammaticalization,semantic maps,the cognitive theory of metaphor and metonymy,etc.,have yet to pay sufficient attention to the question of whether several elements or functions with the same origin belong to the same element in native speakers’ psychological intuition.The present paper starts with a discussion of the theoretical significance of inventory fission in linguistics,including linguistic inventory typology,and then analyzes phenomena involving inventory fission at various linguistic levels of Chinese,such as phonological and prosodic elements,morphemes,lexicon,function words and syntactic constructions.
