摘要
采用冷浸提方法代替索氏抽提法(GB5009.229—2016)提取大豆中的粗脂肪,经过滤后蒸干残留的溶剂,再测定酸值。比较2种试验方法显示,冷浸提法检测结果与GB5009.229—2016检测结果的相对相差为5.7%~12.4%,符合精密度要求,可节约检测时间6h,场地占用少,操作方便,检测成本较低。
Extracting crude fat from soybean by cold extraction method instead of Soxhlet extraction(GB 5009.229-2016),after filtration, the residual solvent was evaporated and the acid value was measured. The comparison between the two experimental methods showed that the relative difference between the test results of cold leaching and GB 5009.229-2016 was 5.7%- 12.4%,the result met the precision requirements,the detection time can be saved for 6 hours, the site occupancy was small, and the operation cost was low.
