摘要
采用旋涡振荡法测定进口大豆粗脂肪含量(干基),并与GB 5009.6-2016《食品安全国家标准食品中脂肪的测定》第一法索氏抽提法进行对比,结果表明,旋涡振荡法检测结果的相对相差符合GB 5009.6-2016精密度要求,重复性较好,结果准确可靠,在满足检验结果准确性的要求下,可大大减少检测时间,显著提高检测效率。
In this paper,the crude fat content of imported soybeans(dry base)was determined by using vortex oscillation method and compared with the soxhlet extraction method of the first method in GB 5009.6-2016“Determination of Fat in Food of National Standard for Food Safety”.The results showed that the relative difference of the detection results of vortex oscillation method met the precision requirements of GB 5009.6-2016.The repeatability is good,the results are accurate and reliable,and the detection time can be greatly reduced and the detection efficiency can be significantly improved under the requirement of the accuracy of the test results.
