摘要
目的探讨Mini-CEX教学在儿科本科实习生的具体应用和教学效果。方法纳入160名本科临床专业在儿科轮转实习医师为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组80人。研究组中,男生35例,女生45例;对照组中,男生33例,女生47例。研究组采用Mini-CEX教学,对照组使用传统的教学评价方法。两种均采用Mini-CEX进行评估考核,同时设置问卷调查评估Mini-CEX在儿科本科临床实习生的接受程度及效果。结果研究组经过Mini-CEX教学培养,实习生在病史采集、体格检查、沟通技能及整体胜任在四个方面的合格率均明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组实习生人文关怀、组织效能及临床判断上对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。调查问卷显示本科实习生生对Mini-CEX的认可度比较高,达90%。结论Mini-CEX教学简易可行,能够及时、准确和全面地反应本科临床实习的效果,有助于提高本科实习生的临床思维能力。
Objective To explore the specific application and teaching effect of Mini-CEX in pediatric interns. Methods 160 pediatric rotation interns were randomly divided into two groups, 80 in each group. In the observation group, there were 35 boys and 45 girls;in the control group, 33 boys and 47 girls. There was no significant difference in the general data between the two groups. The study group adopted Mini-CEX teaching, while the observation group used the traditional teaching evaluation method. Both were assessed by Mini-CEX, and a questionnaire was set up to assess the acceptance and effectiveness of Mini-CEX in pediatric undergraduate clinical interns. Results The qualified rate of medical history collection, physical examination, communication skills and overall competence of the interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after Mini-CEX teaching and training (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference in the humanistic care, organizational effectiveness and clinical judgment between the two groups. Academic significance (P > 0.05). According to the questionnaire, the recognition rate of Mini-CEX for undergraduate interns was relatively high, reaching 90%. Conclusion Mini- CEX is simple and feasible that can reflect the effect of undergraduate clinical practice timely, accurately and comprehensively. It is helpful to improve the clinical thinking ability of undergraduate interns and is worth popularizing.
