摘要
目的:对草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗抑郁症伴发焦虑症的临床效果进行研究。方法:主要以2017年9月-2018年12月在笔者所在医院医治的82例抑郁症伴发焦虑症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(41例)与研究组(41例)。对照组患者采用米氮平进行治疗,研究组患者给予草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗,治疗后通过比较两组患者HAMD评分、HAMA评分,对草酸艾司西酞普兰的临床疗效进行评定,同时比较两组患者不良反应发生率。结果:研究组患者HAMD评分、HAMA评分均低于参照组,临床治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为4.87%,低于对照组的21.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对抑郁症伴发焦虑症患者采用草酸艾司西酞普兰进行治疗,可以有效缓解患者的焦虑抑郁状况,提高临床治疗效果,并且不良反应较少,安全性较高,可以使患者快速恢复健康。
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Escitalopram oxalate in treatment of depression with anxiety disorder.Method:A total of 82 depressive patients with anxiety disorder treated in our hospital from September 2017 to December 2018 were divided into control group(41 cases) and research group(41 cases) by random number table method.The control group was treated with mirtazapine,while the study group was treated with Escitalopram oxalate.After treatment,the clinical efficacy of Escitalopram oxalate was evaluated by comparing the HAMD score and HAMA score of the two groups.And the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Result:The HAMD score and HAMA score of the study group were much lower than those of the control group,the clinical therapeutic effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.87%,which was significantly lower than 21.95% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Escitalopram oxalate can effectively alleviate anxiety and depression in depression patients with anxiety disorder,improve the clinical therapeutic effect,and less adverse reactions,higher safety,can make patients recover quickly.
