摘要
目的观察草酸艾司西酞普兰片治疗焦虑、抑郁症患者的临床效果。方法选择50例焦虑、抑郁症患者,随机分为两组各25例。对照组给予口服米氮平片治疗,试验组给予口服草酸艾司西酞普兰片治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果试验组的总有效率为96.0%,显著高于对照组的72.0%(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的HAMA和HAMD评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),未见严重不良反应发生。结论草酸艾司西酞普兰片治疗焦虑、抑郁症患者的临床疗效显著,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of escitalopram oxalate tablets for the treatment of patients with anxiety anddepression. Methods 50 patients with anxiety and depression were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group was given oral mirtazapine tablets, and the experimental group was given oral escitalopram oxalate tablets. The clinical curative effects were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.0%, significantly higher than 72.0% of the control group （P 〈0.05）. After treatment, the HAMA and HAMD scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group （P 〈0.05）. No statistically significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P 〉0.05）, and no serious adverse reaction occurred in both groups. Conclusions Escitalopram oxalate tablet has significant clinical efficacy and high safety for the treatment of anxiety and depression, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
