摘要
目的:分析超声引导下星状神经节阻滞对更年期妇女焦虑治疗的影响。方法:本研究选择2019年10月-2020年12月内江市市中区妇幼保健院接受治疗的100例更年期妇女焦虑患者,随机分为对照组和研究组各50例,对照组采取艾司唑仑片治疗,研究组采取超声引导下星状神经节阻滞。对比两组疗效、SDS评分、SAS评分、糖皮质激素及雌激素水平、不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治愈22例,显效13例,有效10例,无效5例,总有效率为90.0%,对照组治愈20例,显效15例,有效9例,无效6例,总有效率为88.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前两组SDS评分、SAS评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组糖皮质激素、雌激素水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组糖皮质激素水平低于对照组,雌激素水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为4.0%,低于对照组的20.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导下星状神经节阻滞和艾司唑仑两种治疗方案,对更年期妇女焦虑治疗效果相当,但艾司唑仑治疗易形成乏力、乳腺包块等不良反应,所以临床认为采取超声引导下星状神经节阻滞治疗方法具有较高安全性,值得应用和推广。
Objective:To analyze the effect of ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block on anxiety of menopausal women.Method:In this study,100 menopausal women with anxiety who were treated in Neijiang Shizhong District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from October 2019 to December 2020 were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 50 cases each.The control group was treated with Estazolam Tablets,and the study group was treated with ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block.The efficacy,SDS score,SAS score,glucocorticoid and estrogen levels,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:In the study group,22 cases were cured,13 cases were significantly effective,10 cases were effective,and 5 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 90.0%;in the control group,20 cases were cured,15 cases were significantly effective,9 cases were effective and 6 cases were ineffective.the total effective rate was 88.0%,there was no significant difference (P>0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in SDS score and SAS score between the two groups (P>0.05);after treatment,those of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of glucocorticoid and estrogen between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05),after treatment,the glucocorticoid level in the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the estrogen level was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.0%,which was lower than 20.0% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block and Estazolam were equally effective in the treatment of anxiety in menopausal women,but Estazolam treatment leads to adverse reactions such as lack in strength,breast bag piece,so clinical take ultrasound guided by stellate ganglion block treatment has high security,i
