摘要
8×××铝合金箔存放两个月后在表面产生白条缺陷,使其在使用过程中的耐蚀性能变差、剥离强度降低等。使用电镜扫描缺陷区域形貌,通过能谱分析缺陷处所含元素的成分及含量。观察和分析结果表明,缺陷处为铝粉粘附及点状腐蚀,并伴有硬质化合物尖晶石等夹杂。
After storage for two months,white strip defects appeared on the surface of 8××× aluminum alloy foil,resulting in degraded corrosion resistance and peeling strength in the process of use.The morphology of the defect area was scanned by electron microscope,and the composition and content of elements in the defect area were analyzed by energy spectrum.The results of observation and analysis show that the defects are aluminum powder adhesion and pitting corrosion,and there are inclusions of hard compound spinel and soon.
