摘要
对不同回复退火工艺的Al-Mn系铝合金箔在经过拉伸试验后表面产生的星点纹路进行了对比,并对不同程度的星点纹路进行了EBSD分析。结果表明,星点纹路是因材料经过退火后其旋转立方织构及立方织构比例增加所造成的。铸轧晶粒组织越粗大,退火的温度越高、时间越长,拉伸后的试样表面更易出现星点纹路现象。通过铸轧晶粒组织的细化、退火工艺的调整可避免出现拉伸试样星点纹路的现象。
The degree of the surface star pattern of the Al-Mn aluminum alloy foil after tensile test using different recovery annealing processes was compared, and the star pattern of different degrees was analyzed by EBSD. The results show that the star pattern is caused by the increase of the proportion of rotating cube texture and the proportion of cube texture after annealing. The larger the continuous casting and rolling grain size, the higher the temperature and the longer the time of annealing, the surface of sample are prone to star pattern after stretching. By refining the grain structure and adjusting the annealing process, the star pattern of the tensile test can be avoided.
