摘要
结合云南浩鑫铝箔有限公司双零箔生产过程,对双零箔黑条缺陷进行分析,现场查找缺陷,经能谱定量元素分析(EDS)找到缺陷成因,通过轧机清洁等措施,有效控制缺陷的产生,稳定了产品质量。
The black stripe of light aluminum foil is analyzed combining with the production process in Yunnan Haoxin Alumi- num Foil Co. , Ltd. , after the field searching, the black stripe cause is discovered by energy dispersive quantitative element analysis, the black stripe is controlled effectively through rolling mill cleaning and the other measurements, which ensure the product quality stability.
