摘要 采用有限元分析法,研究了振频振幅等工艺参数对铣刨机振动铣刨AC-16沥青混凝土作业的影响。结果表明,振动铣刨作业采用沿铣刨机进给方向(X向)振动方式时,刀具摩擦阻力平均值随振幅和频率增加而递减,在频率为90 Hz和振幅为6 mm时效果最佳。 The finite element analysis was adopted to investigate the influences of working parameters, including amplitude and vibration frequency, on the performance of the milling machine in the operation of vibration-assisted machining of AC-16 asphalt concrete. The results showed that milling operation proceeded with the vibration in the feed direction(X axis) of milling planer, and the average friction resistance of cutter gradually decreased with the increasing of amplitude and frequency. The best effect was attained with the frequency of 90 Hz and amplitude of 6 mm.
