摘要
汛期的堤防加固以及公路建设与维护的打桩作业,由机械设备代替人力进行打桩作业是技术上的一次长足进步。针对打桩设备作业效率低、自重大及劳动强度大等缺陷,研发便携式液压打桩机用于防汛抢险、高速公路及铁路护栏建设等领域的打桩作业将促进行业发展。在简化条件下,通过建立便携式液压打桩机打桩过程的动力学模型,分析了动力学模型系统的加速度以及打桩过程中桩身周面摩擦力与桩端土壤阻力对沉桩的影响。得到基频与加速度的关系,土壤阻力对打桩机的影响,为研发便携式液压打桩机产品样机奠定良好的理论基础。
In flood season, embankment reinforcement and the construction and maintenance of road need piling. Pile driving operation by machinery equipment instead of manual labor is a technological progress at a time. At present, piling equipments' effwiency is low piling equipments' self-weight and labor intensity is high and so on, so researches a portable hydraulic pile driver, which uses in areas such as flood control and emergency rescue and the guardrail construction of highway and railway, will promote the development of industry. Under the simplified conditions, by establishing the dynamic model of portable hydraulic pile driver piling process, analyzing the acceleration of the system of dynamic model and the influence of the pile body surface friction and the pile end soil resistance to the pile in the piling. And gets the relationship between the acceleration and the base frequency and the influence of the soil resistance to the pile, which will be a good theoretical basis for the development of the portable hydraulic pile driver product prototype.
