摘要
社会与经济日益发展,交通体系日益完善,公路扩建项目成为各省建设的发展方向,对铣刨机的应用研究以及对铣刨料进行质量控制显得尤为重要。通过理论研究、现场试验、施工情况,借助绘图软件对铣刨机的运行速度及铣刨料的质量控制进行了详细研究,得到铣刨机铣削运动曲线,分析其与铣刨车行走速度之间的关系,并通过现场实际情况确定了最佳行走速度,提出了RAP质量控制技术,从而保证了RAP质量,使得保证施工的安全,为相似工程提供技术借鉴。
The society and economy are developing day by day,the transportation system is becoming more and more perfect,and highway expansion projects have become the development direction of various provinces.It is particularly important to study the application of milling machines and control the quality of milling.Through theoretical research,field tests,and construction conditions,the drawing machine’s running speed and the quality control of the milling material are studied in detail with the help of drawing software.The milling motion curve of the milling machine is obtained,and its relationship with the walking speed of the milling car is analyzed.Based on the actual conditions of the site,the optimal walking speed was determined,and the RAP quality control technology was proposed to ensure the quality of RAP,ensure the safety of construction,and provide technical reference for similar projects.
