摘要
导电混凝土可通过导电产生热量来提高自身温度,故而在路面除冰领域具有较好的应用前景。为研究不同掺量的钢渣和炭黑对混凝土力学性能和导电性能的影响,对导电混凝土试样进行了不同的填料配比设计,并对设计的试样进行无侧限抗压强度试验、抗弯强度试验和电阻率测试试验。结果表明:炭黑可改善混凝土的导电性能,但会对其力学性能产生不良影响;钢渣的掺入也会在一定程度上影响其力学性能。随后从微观结构角度分析了钢渣和炭黑对导电混凝土性能的影响机理。最终通过试验,确定新型钢渣炭黑复相导电混凝土的最优配比:高炉矿渣含量10%,钢渣为20%,炭黑与水泥比为4%,该新型导电混凝土可使混凝土在力学性能和导电性能之间取得较好的平衡。
Conductive concrete can generate heat to improve its own temperature,so it has a good application prospect in the field of road de-icing.In order to study the influence of different steel slag and carbon black on the mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of concrete,the conductive concrete samples were designed with different filling ratios,and the unconfined compressive strength test,bending strength test and resistivity test were carried out on the samples.The results show that carbon black can improve the electrical conductivity of concrete,but has a bad effect on its mechanical properties.The addition of steel slag will also affect its mechanical properties to a certain extent.Then the influence mechanism of steel slag and carbon black on the performance of conductive concrete is analyzed from the perspective of microstructure.Finally,through the test,the optimal ratio of the new type of conductive concrete with steel slag carbon black composite phase is determined blast furnace slag content of 10%,steel slag of 20%,carbon black and cement ratio of 4%,the new type of conductive concrete can make the concrete in a good balance between mechanical properties and electrical properties.
