摘要
目的探讨"肺病治肠"理论在铜绿假单胞菌肺炎诊治的研究效果。方法选取2016年5月-2018年10月本院收治的铜绿假单胞菌肺炎患者96例为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为治疗组和对照组各48例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上给予白虎承气汤治疗,比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分变化情况,并探讨对患者炎证反应及肝功能的影响。结果治疗后2组中医证候积分、肺部感染评分、WBC、PCT、CRP水平均显著降低(P<0.05),观察组降低幅度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组病原菌的清除率77.08%显著高于对照组52.08%(P<0.05)。结论"肺病治肠"理论在铜绿假单胞菌肺炎诊治中疗效确切,可显著改善患者的临床症状,降低机体炎性反应,提高病原菌清除率,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective: To study the effect of the theory of "pulmonary disease by treatment of intestines" on the diagnosis and treatment of pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia. Methods: 96 patients with pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to October 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 48 cases per group. The control group was given conventional western medicine and on the basis of this treatment, the observation group was given Baihu Chengqi Decoction. The changes of TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment were compared, and the effects on the patients’ inflammation and liver function were discussed. Results: After treatment, TCM syndrome scores, lung infection scores, WBC, PCT, and CRP levels were significantly lower in the 2 groups(P<0.05). The reduction in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). The pathogens clearance rate of the treatment group was 77.08%, significantly higher than that of the control group(52.08%)(P<0.05). Conclusion: The theory of "pulmonary disease by treatment of intestines" is effective in the diagnosis and treatment of pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia, which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, reduce the inflammatory response of body, and improve the clearance rate of pathogens, and be worthy of clinical application.
