摘要
福建省师资闽台联合培养计划是福建省教育厅主办的一项海峡两岸教育交流合作项目,旨在引入福建、台湾两地优质教育资源,以在闽2周加赴台2周的短期集中培训形式,提升应用型本科高校、职业院校教师及管理干部综合素质。本文以作者参加第七期福建省理工类师资闽台联合培训班并赴台湾元智大学学习交流的所见所感及成效为载体,探讨新时代应用型本科高校教师提升教学质量、培养德智体美劳全面发展的应用型专业人才的可行路径。
Fujian-Taiwan faculty development program,which is sponsored by the education department of Fujian province,is a cross-strait education communication and collaboration project.This program aimed at introduction of quality educational resources both in Fujian and Taiwan province,and strengthening overall quality of teachers and managers in application-oriented universities and vocational colleges.During the four-week intensive courses,half of them were held in Taiwan at least.This article will overview the process of the 7 th Fujian-Taiwan faculty development program undertaked by Yuan-Ze University,share what we saw and felt there,discuss the path of promoting the quality of teaching in application-oriented university to educate the students with all-round development.
