摘要
产教融合是高校应用型专业人才培养的良好形式,也是实现高校学生培养与行业企业无缝对接的首选途径。但高校如何实现产教融合的目标,形成产教融合、校企共建的良性循环,需要进一步探索。本文旨在通过对产教融合背景下应用型人才培养目标定位、模式构建等方面进行探索,并提出相应的方法供参考。
The integration of production and teaching is a good form of training applied professionals in colleges and universities,and also the first choice to realize seamless docking between college students' training and industry enterprises.However,how to achieve the goal of integration of production and teaching,and form a virtuous circle of integration of production and teaching,the co-construction of schools and enterprises,needs further exploration.The purpose of this paper is to explore the orientation of training objectives and mode construction of applied talents under the background of integration of production and education,and put forward corresponding methods for reference.
