黑安格斯牛UCP基因多态性位点与生长性状的关联分析 被引量:5

Correlation analysis between UCP polymorphic loci and growth traits in Black Angus cattle

摘要 为了研究UCP2和UCP3基因的两个多态性位点与宁夏地区黑安格斯牛生长性状的关联性,试验利用基质辅助激光解析电离飞行时间质谱技术(MALDI-TOF-MS)检测确定了783头宁夏地区黑安格斯牛的基因型,用最小二乘法的混合效应线性模型对黑安格斯牛生长性状进行关联分析。结果表明:在UCP2-655位点中,AA型、AG型和GG型的基因型频率分别为0.63,0.33,0.04,其多态信息含量为0.27,呈中度多态;在UCP3-5465位点中,AA型、AG型和GG型的基因型频率分别为0.01,0.15,0.84,其多态信息含量为0.14,呈低度多态。UCP2和UCP3基因在黑安格斯牛中存在多态性且与生长性状显著相关。UCP2-655位点GG型个体胸围极显著高于AA型和AG型个体(P<0.01),且该位点GG型个体的体高和腹围显著高于AA型和AG型个体(P<0.05);UCP3-5465位点GG型个体体重显著高于AG型个体(P<0.05)。 In order to study the correlation between two polymorphic loci of UCP2 and UCP3 genes and growth traits of Black Angus cattle in Ningxia region,matrix-assisted laser analytical ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry( MALDI-TOF-MS) was adopted in this experiment for the determination of the genotypes of 783 Black Angus cattle in Ningxia region,and the mixed effect linear model of least square method was used for correlation analysis of growth traits of Black Angus cattle. The results showed that in locus UCP2-655,the genotype frequencies of AA, AG and GG were 0. 63,0. 33 and 0. 04 respectively,and its polymorphic information content was 0. 27,showing moderate polymorphism. In locus UCP3-5 465,the genotype frequencies of AA,AG and GG were 0. 01,0. 15 and 0. 84 respectively,and its polymorphic information content was 0. 14,showing low polymorphism. UCP2 and UCP3 genes were polymorphic in Black Angus cattle and were significantly associated with growth traits. The mean value of chest circumference in genotype GG of locus UCP2-655 was very significantly higher( P<0. 01) than those of genotypes AA and AG respectively. Also the mean values of body height and abdominal circumference in genotype GG of locus UCP2-655 was significantly higher( P<0. 05) than those of genotypes AA and AG respectively. The mean value of body weight in genotype GG of locus UCP3- 5 465 was significantly higher( P<0. 05) than that of genotype AG.
