摘要
地方本科院校向应用型大学转型既是国家政策引导的发展目标,又是其破解当前发展困局、有效地提升办学质量的路径选择。文章以五所案例高校的相关数据为基础,借助组织变革理论分析当前地方本科院校转型发展中办学目标、专业结构与课程结构变革的状况。通过分析发现,在办学目标定位上,高校应妥善处理好政策目标与自身基础、历史传统的关系,应进一步突破地方本科院校专业设置、课程建设方面的传统方式,紧密对接地方产业和经济社会发展需求,积极探索应用型大学的特色发展路径。
The transformation of local undergraduate colleges into application-oriented universities is not only the development goal of national policy guidance, but also the path choice for solving the current dilemma of development and effectively improving the quality of running schools. Based on the relevant data of five case colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the goals of running a school, the reform of specialty and curriculum structures in the transformation of local undergraduate colleges with the help of the organizational change theory. Through the analysis, it is found that in the orientation of the goals of running a school, universities should properly handle the relationship between policy objectives and their own foundations and historical traditions, further break through the traditional methods of specialty setting and curriculum construction in local undergraduate colleges, closely meet the needs of local industry and economic and social development, and actively explore the characteristic development path of application-oriented universities.
