摘要
通过对国家有关应用型本科高校转型的政策性文件以及学术界对应用型高校转型发展研究的相关文献梳理后发现,我国应用型本科高校转型发展经历了由“面”上宏观指导到“点”上具体实践的不断深化过程,这一过程大致可以分为探索期、践行期和深化期三个不断推进的历史时期,从而经历了正确认识普及化转型和高校转型的现实困境;着力优化普及化转型主体结构,努力与客观环境相适应;大力推进普及化转型高校的差异化发展这样一个重要历程。
Research on“Popularizing Transformation”of Local Application⁃oriented Universities by the national policy and academic documents,is found that“Popularizing Transformation”of Local Application⁃oriented Universities has experienced a process from the macro theory guidance on the“surface”to the micro specific practice“point”,and has gone through three stages:the exploration period,the practice period and the deepening period.It puts forward the construction path of“correctly understanding the practical difficulties of the popularization transformation of colleges and universities,making efforts to optimize the main structure of the popularization transformation to adapt to the objective environment,and vigorously promoting the differential development of the popularization transformation of colleges and universities.”
