摘要
中药复方颗粒剂在较完整保留传统中药复方的整体性及配伍特点的同时,又克服了汤剂不易携带、保存时间短的缺点,是名方、验方最主要的剂型改革方向之一。通过文献分析,总结归纳了目前中药复方颗粒提取工艺所采用的评估指标,并从物料粉体性质角度探讨制粒工艺研究现状,以期为复方颗粒的提取工艺筛选指标的确定和制粒工艺的选择提供参考依据,为临床经验方研制成药的工艺优选提供有益的参考借鉴。
The traditional Chinese medicine compound granules overcame the shortcomings of the traditional Chinese medicine compound and the compatibility of the traditional Chinese medicine compound,and overcame the shortcomings of the soup being difficult to carry and short storage time. It was one of the most important formulation reform directions of the prescription. Through literature analysis,this paper summarized the evaluation indexes used in the extraction process of traditional Chinese medicine compound particles and discussed the research status of granulation process from the perspective of material powder properties. Finally,the research on the technology of traditional Chinese medicine compound granule preparation was prospected for the compound. The determination of the screening index of the particle extraction process and the selection of the granulation process would provide a reference basis,which provided a useful reference for the clinical experience of the development of the drug.
