摘要
目的探讨银参胶囊对ICR小鼠的免疫调节作用。方法取雄性昆明种SPF级ICR小鼠40只,分为对照组(等体积生理盐水)银参胶囊低、中、高剂量组(87.5,175.0,525.0 mg/kg),各10只,灌胃给药。30 d后,分别进行细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能、单核-巨噬细胞吞噬能力及自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性的测定。结果与对照组比较,银参胶囊高剂量组小鼠耳廓肿胀度显著升高(P<0.01);低、中、高剂量组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞实验的吞噬百分率及吞噬指数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);中、高剂量组小鼠的NK细胞活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。与对照组比较,低、中、高剂量组小鼠经刀豆蛋白A诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化实验光密度差值、血清半数溶血值(HC_(50))、琼脂糖平板法检测溶血空斑数、小鼠碳廓清实验吞噬指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论银参胶囊不具有明显增强ICR小鼠淋巴细胞的增殖能力,以及产生血清溶血素、抗体生成细胞、碳廓清能力的作用,但可显著增强二硝基氟苯诱导的小鼠迟发性变态反应,增强小鼠免疫功能。
Objective To investigate the regulating effect of Yinshen Capsules on the immune function of ICR mice.Methods A total of 40 male,Kunming,SPF and ICR mice were selected and divided into the control group(equal volume of normal saline),Yinshen Capsules low-,medium-and high-dose groups(87.5,175.0,525.0 mg/kg),with 10 mice in each group.All mice were administrated by gavage.The cellular immunity function,the humoral immunity function,the mononuclear-macrophage phagocytic ability and the natural killer(NK)cell activity of the ICR mice were measured after 30 d.Results Compared with those in the control group,the auricle swelling degree in the Yinshen Capsules high-dose group was significantly higher(P<0.01).The phagocytosis percentage and phagocytosis index in the test of the peritoneal macrophages phagocytizing chicken red blood cells in the Yinshen Capsules low-,medium-and high-dose groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The NK cell activities in the Yinshen Capsules medium-and high-dose groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Compared with those in the control group,the optical density difference in the test of splenic lymphocyte transformation induced by concanavalin A,serum half value of hemolysis(HC_(50)),the number of plague forming cell detected by the agarose plate method and the phagocytosis index of the carbon clearance test in the Yinshen Capsules low-,medium-and high-dose groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Yinshen Capsules can not promote the proliferation of lymphocytes,the production of serum hemolysin and antibody producing cells or the ability of carbon clearance of ICR mice,but it can significantly enhance the delayed allergic reaction induced by dinitrofluorobenzene,and improve the immune function of mice.
