摘要
随着城乡规划日趋重要且越来越受到社会关注,城乡规划编制工作不断加强完善,但城乡规划实施并不理想,长期存在薄弱环节。因此提出了利用移动地理系统、全球定位系统、数据同步加密等技术,结合城乡规划实施监察业务管理需求,构建建设项目规划移动监察系统。该系统在辅助执法人员高效、便捷开展执法工作,提高规划执法管理工作的质量和水平方面有一定的实用价值。
With the increasing importance of urban and rural planning and more and more attention from the community,urban and rural planning has been continuously strengthened and improved,but the implementation of urban and rural planning is not ideal,there are long-term weak links.Therefore,this paper proposes to use mobile GIS,GPS,data synchronization encryption technology,combined with urban and rural planning implementation of monitoring business management needs,construction project planning mobile monitoring system.This system has certain practical value in assisting law enforcement personnel to carry out law enforcement work efficiently and conveniently,and improving the quality and level of planning law enforcement management work.
