摘要
随着城市建设速度的加快,违章建筑和违法用地等现象也愈演愈烈,传统的执法监察手段已经满足不了对违法用地/建筑进行动态监测,为了使执法监察得以高效快速运转,并实行土地动态巡查,及时地锁定执法目标,必须利用新技术来提高执法水平和执法效率。文章以"武汉市国土执法信息系统"为例,介绍了3S技术如何与国土资源执法监察有机结合,描述了系统体系结构、系统组成和系统功能,并对几个重要技术环节进行了简要说明。
Along with urban construction speed quickening,the unlicensed building and illegal uses and so on some not harmonious phenomenon to be also increasingly fierce,the traditional law enforcement supervision method already could not satisfy to illegally land uses and the construction to carry on the dynamic monitor,in order to enable the law enforcement supervision the highly effective fast revolution,and implemented the land dynamically to do an inspection,locked the law enforcement goal promptly,had to use the new technology to raise the law enforcement level and the law enforcement efficiency.The article take the ＂Wuhan Land law enforcement information system＂as an example,introduced how the 3S technology with the national Land resources law enforcement supervision organic synthesis,did describe the system architecture,the system composition and the system function,and has carried on the briefing to several important technical links.
