摘要
利用移动GIS技术,将繁杂的图纸、零散的文件、实时的图片等众多信息聚合于"一张图"上,通过规划及业务综合数据库,推动规划信息和综合业务的智慧化、一体化展示,提升科学决策和招商引资水平。笔者设计开发的移动规划综合展示系统,已在重庆市万州区中心城区规划项目中投入使用,最终实现"更综合地管理、更科学地决策、更新颖地招商"的规划信息综合展示。
Associate the complicated drawings,scattered files,real-time pictures and many other information on“One-Map”using the mobile GIS technology.Construction of a comprehensive database of planning and business,drive urban planning information and integrated business more wisdom and more integrative,improve scientific decision and investment promotion.Design and implemente an urban planning integrated display system on mobile.It was put into use in the planning project of Wanzhou district of Chongqing,It’s finally achieved“more integrated management,more scientific decision and more innovative investment”.
