摘要
为全面动态掌握山体状况、资源现状、生态环境现状和治理情况,开展了山体资源巡查管理信息化建设工作。通过调研山体资源巡查管理的业务需求和探讨山体资源全流程巡查管理体系,本文提出了构建基于移动GIS的山体资源巡查管理系统方案,设计了系统的总体框架设计、数据库设计、功能设计以及实现的关键技术,并完成系统开发。系统的应用大大改善了山体资源巡查管理的现状,提高了巡查管理效率,规范了山体资源管理工作。
In order to comprehensively and dynamically grasp the situation of mountain,resources,ecological environment and governance,the informatization construction of mountain resources inspection management is carried out.It studies the business requirements of the mountain patrol management,explores the mountain resources full process patrol management system,puts forward the construction of mountain resources patrol management system based on mobile GIS,expounds the system's overall framework design,database design,function design and implementation of key technologies,and completes the system development.The application of the system greatly improves the current situation of mountain resources patrol management,improves the efficiency of the patrol management,and standardizes the management of mountain resources.
