济南市小区院落排水设施普查项目调度指挥平台与移动端采集系统设计与实现 被引量:2

摘要 排水管线设施普查项目往往时间紧、任务重,济南市通过开展小区院落排水设施普查,摸清小区院落排水系统运行状况,掌握济南市排水系统基础资料,项目涉及范围约800 km^(2)。为科学合理地进行任务调度并提高普查效率,建立了调度指挥平台和移动端采集系统,实现了项目实施过程中对任务分配、班组调度、数据采集、进度监控、成果汇交、工作量统计等全流程的一体化管理方案,并取得了预期成效,有效推动了小区院落排水设施普查实施过程中调度指挥的科学化、管线采集的信息化,并提高了普查效率和成果质量。 Generally The Drainage pipeline survey project often has a tight time and a heavy task.Through the general survey project of drainage pipeline facilities in residential quarters,Jinan City found out the operation status and obtained the basic data of drainage system.This project covers an area of about 800 square kilometers.In order to conduct scientific and reasonable task scheduling and improve the efficiency of the surveying,the dispatching command platform and mobile data collection system were established,which realized the integrated management scheme of the whole process of task allocation,team scheduling,data acquisition,progress monitoring,results collection,workload statistics,etc.,and achieved the expected results,It has effectively promoted the scientization of dispatching and command,the informationization of pipeline data collection,and improved the efficiency and quality of surveying.
